01 / THE WORKFLOW

PLAN → ADVANCE → RUN → SETTLE.

  1. Plan

Create a tour or one-off show. Organize dates, routing, venues, people and the calendar before committing logistics.

  2. Advance

Collect technical, venue, crew, travel, hotel and access information. Track what still needs confirmation.

  3. Run

Coordinate Show Command, production notes, guests, tasks and day-of-show changes with the people who need them.

  4. Settle

Record settlement figures, merchandise, expenses, documents and follow-up. Verify amounts against actual statements and payments.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A structured run of shows, clear show-day responsibilities, documented advance information and organized settlement records.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

EVERY SHOW. ONE OPERATING RECORD.

TOUR brings the logistical and operational work of live performance together, with information and responsibilities organized by show and by run.

Tours, dates and routing

Plan multi-date runs or individual shows with calendar, route and venue context. Estimates remain distinct from confirmed travel.

Advancing and production

Keep stage, lighting, technical riders, venue requirements and open advance questions with each show.

People and access

Organize crew responsibilities, contacts, permissions, guest lists and VIP information for the appropriate roles.

Travel and logistics

Coordinate travel and hotel plans alongside show schedules, while keeping booking confirmations explicit.

Show Command

Surface operational tasks, files, timing and production information for the people working the show.

Money and settlement

Document budgets, merchandise, expenses and settlement records, distinguishing expected figures from verified payments.
